IT Service Status
Many users are currently experiencing issues opening Teams. The current workaround for this as it is investigated is to close all open teams windows, then launching it from the 'Microsoft Teams (Work or School)' app from the start menu. Some users are experiencing difficulty making outbound calls on teams.
The IT Department has been made aware of several machines using generic IT accounts becoming locked unexpectedly. This is currently being investigated.
