Service degradation

Users of office.com's web application for email are experiencing difficulty downloading attachments. A current workaround for this is saving the files to OneDrive where they can be opened successfully.

We are aware of the issues with Wi-Fi currently being experienced by Accommodation users. The fibre cables have been damaged. Estates are working with the provider so rectify the issue.

We are aware of an issue affecting some laptops which results in the display being flipped upside down. IT have a workaround for this, so please get in touch if you are facing this issue.
